The delivery of filters or Clear ray bulb are dependent on the BRAND of the Hot Tub. If you own a Jacuzzi(R) you will receive a clear ray bulb as part of your full service; any other brand of Hot Tub will receive a set of filters at the annual service. The user will ONLY receive one or the other and NOT both. There will be an option to purchase additional filters/chemicals from the engineer on the day. Points can only be used for online purchases of Chemicals & Filters.
