CHT Points system – Terms and Conditions

CHT points can ONLY be acquired through the purchase of Parts, Chemicals and Filters via the online webshop. The points are only earnt on the purchase of an applicable product and does not include further costs such as postage etc. They are NOT acquired through payments of other products such as covers, one off servicing or repair, reoccurring payments of maintenance plans, postage, or other related services/products.

Any maintenance plan sign up will receive a ONE-OFF sign-up bonus and is not reoccurring each year. Sign up bonus’ will be awarded to each customer after 2 months of successful monthly payments. Failure to maintain successful monthly payments for the required time will result in withdrawal of Bonus points on your account.

Points can be withdrawn from your account if we determine that ‘foul play’ has occurred and we have the right to not dispatch products that have been purchased with points that have been acquired in such a way. We are here to honor the points system in a fair and professional manner however we will exercise our right to decline transactions if deemed necessary.
